全面从严治党背景下高职学生党员教育管理重难点问题探析

Study on Focus and Difficulty of Education Management of Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Governing the Party Severely

随着新时期的发展,高职大学生党员的思想受到侵蚀,人生观、价值观发生偏离。但由于高职学生党员管理的实际困难,导致出现了多个"管理真空"。按照全面从严治党要求,学校应从"佩戴党员标识、提高‘三会一课’实效、坚持党代表制度"等源头抓起,建立高水平的党务管理干部队伍,运用现代信息技术,加大管理力度。

With the development of the new era, the thought of the student Party members of higher vocational college has been eroded,and their outlook on life and values have been distorted. However, the actual difficulties of the management of student Party members in higher vocational college lead to management vacuum.According to the requirements of comprehensively gov-erning the party severely,school should get down to the point of wearing identification,improving effectiveness of three meetings and adhering to system of party representatives as well as establish a high level of management of Party cadres and use modern in-formation technology to strengthen the management power
