In modern society, comprehensive talents are needed, therefore in the teaching of mold design courses,higher voca-tional teachers not only need to pay attention to students＇ theory learning,but should pay more attention to students＇ practice abili- ty.The students＇operating skillsonly can be improved in practice.And from the characteristics of mold design courses, it has strong theoretical and practical characteristic.Therefore , teachers should adhere to the basic principles of combining theory with practice , design reasonableteaching contentsand adopt effective teaching methods.
