Current status of treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus

肝癌包括肝细胞性肝癌胆管细胞性肝癌,门静脉癌栓是影响其预后及引起复发的重要因素。笔者就原发性肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的治疗近况做一综述。

Liver cancer is divided into hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. Portal vein tumor thrombus is an important fac-tor influencing the prognosis and recurrence of HCC. The author makes a summary of the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.
