摘要
研究了单级式光伏逆变器,改进后得到单级式功率解耦光伏逆变器,可在单级中兼顾完成最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制和输出电压控制。利用状态空间平均法建立了系统数学模型。提出了改进的单级式功率解耦逆变器,有效增大直流侧输入电压范围。根据拓扑特性,提出了改进的SPWM控制方法。解决了MPPT和输出电压之间的协调问题。最后通过仿真和实验,证实该拓扑的合理性和可行性。
The single stage photovoltaic inverter was studied, the single stage power decoupled photovoltaic inverter was improved and gotten. The inverter can achieve maximum power point tracking control and output voltage control in single stage. The mathematical model of the system is established by using the state space averaging method. A novel single-stage power decoupling inverter is proposed, which can effectively increase the range of DC side input voltage. According to the topological characteristics, an improved SPWM control method was proposed. The coordination problem between MPPT and output voltage is solved. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the topology are verified by simulation and experiment.
