摘要
兰坪虫草是近几年报道的新种,是冬虫夏草的近缘种,具有较高药用价值。为探明兰坪虫草无性型兰坪被毛孢粗多糖延缓衰老的功效,从兰坪被毛孢发酵产物中提取粗多糖,分析不同浓度粗多糖(0.01%~0.3%)对雌、雄果蝇成虫寿命的影响。结果表明,兰坪被毛孢粗多糖对果蝇成虫的平均寿命、最高寿命和半数死亡时间都有不同程度的延长效果。一定剂量范围内,随粗多糖浓度增加延寿效果提高,但其作用具有浓度的最大阈值。粗多糖浓度达到0.2%时延寿效果最好,使雌雄果蝇的平均寿命延长率分别达到42.17%和21.47%。粗多糖浓度超过0.2%后,其延寿效果反呈现下降趋势。兰坪被毛孢粗多糖的延寿效果还具有性别差异,其对雌果蝇的延寿效果较好。研究结果将为进一步解释兰坪被毛孢的药理活性奠定基础。
Ophiocordycep lanpingensis H. Yu & Z. H. Chen is a newly found species closely related to O. sinensis and has high medicinal value. In order to explore the anti-aging effect of Hirsutella lanpingensis was explored ,the anamoph of O. lanpingensis. Crude polysaccharide was extracted from fermentation products to analyze its effect of on the life of Drosophila melanogaster for its different contents (0 . 01% - 0 . 3% ) . The results showed that the crude polysaccharide could prolong the average lifetime, the longest lifetime and the half death time of D. melanogaster adults. The lifetime extension effect increased with the addition of crude polysaccharide concentration, while it had a maximum concentration threshold. It got the best effect when crude polysaccharide concentration increased to 0. 2% , the prolongation rate of average lifetime reached 42. 17% for the female and 21. 47% for the male. However, the prolongation rate would enter downtrend if crude polysaccharide concentration exceeded 0. 2%. The life extension of H. lanpingensis also appeared sex difference, the effect on the female getting better. The results could lay a foundation to reveal the pharmacological activity of H. sinensis.
