摘要
塑胶属高分子材料,化学成分复杂,其工件制造多采用压模成型.针对成型过程参数难于控制问题,探讨了基于仿人智能的控制策略.剖析了塑胶化学组分等不确定性导致的控制难题,归纳总结了成型过程的控制论特性,研究了基于仿人智能的控制策略,构造了塑胶工件成形过程的控制算法.以过程温度压力控制实验为例,验证了文中构造控制算法的良好动静态控制品质.
The plastic cement belongs to a polymer m ate r ia l, the chemical composition is very complex, and the work-piece is generally manufactured by compression molding. Aimed at being d if f ic u l t to control in parameters of forming process, the control strategy has been explored in this paper based on human simu-lated intelligence. It has made the anatomy in control puzzle resulted in uncertainty such as chemical com-ponent of plastic cement, summarized the characteristic of cybernetics in forming process, researched on control strategy based on human simulated intelligence, and constructed the control algorithm of forming process in plastic cement work-piece. Taking the process experiment of temperature and pressure control as an example, it has validated the good dynamic and static control quality of control algorithm constructed in this paper. The experimental results show that the control algorithm explored in this paper is reasonably available.
