For the country to respect nature, not with excessive development as the goal, can develop in pursuit of rural characteristic with reference of protection of the ecological resources advantage, instead to increase the country＇s own unique competitiveness, rather than to development model to business environment. Domestic for ecological planning and the concept of sustainable development has the ten-dency of growing emphasis, and the establishing of ecological landscape and both environmental conservation, for sustainable land manage-ment has become one of the most important domestic policy direction. This article will be to the rural space layout of landscape ecological protection and utilization was discussed.
