井下滑套阀门开度检测系统设计与实现

摘要 针对井下滑套阀门开度检测系统在高温环境的工作情况,分析了高温环境对系统正常工作的影响。研制了一种适应井下高温环境要求、非接触、与滑套阀的滑套外径配套、能连续测量滑套全行程的位移传感器及满足井下高温环境要求的全数字解调装置。通过对系统进行高温测试,得出不同温度下阀门开度与输出电压信号的一种近似线性关系,并将这种规律性的关系放入软件部分进行温度补偿。由此形成井下滑套阀门开度检测系统,实现滑套阀门开度的全行程连续测量,从而为全电动智能井系统的研制解决一个关键的技术问题。 In order to make down hole sl iding sleeve valve opening degree detecting system work in high temperature environment, the impact of high temperature on the normal operation of the system is analyzed. An all - digital de-modulation device is invented, and a displacement sensor that can adapt to the requirements of underground high - temperature environment is also designed, featuring non - contact, slide sleeve diameter supporting, and continu-ous measurement of the ent ire stroke of the sl iding sleeve. Through the high temperature test of the system, an ap-proximate l inear relat ionship between the valve opening and the output voltage signal at different temperatures is ob-tained, and this regular relat ionship is put into the software part to achieve temperature compensation. Thereby a down - hole sleeve valve opening detection system is developed to achieve the whole stroke continuous measurement of the sl iding sleeve valve opening, so as to solve a key technical problem for the development of all - electric intel-l igent wel l system.
