果蔬保鲜库保鲜系统的设计与试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了降低果蔬保鲜库运行成本,实现温湿度低成本远程监控,设计了自然冷源果蔬保鲜库及其基于NRF24L01+无线通信模块的温湿度监控系统,系统包括监测控制单元、数据传输单元及上位机监控单元,能够实现果蔬保鲜库温湿度环境参数的无线监控。将沈阳农业大学寒富苹果科研基地采摘的寒富苹果放置于本研究设计的保鲜库进行试验,结果表明:系统能够实时精确地监测和控制库内的温湿度,且温湿度最大误差分别为0.2℃和0.7%;将寒富苹果在该保鲜库保鲜系统运行环境下贮藏10周后,平均失重率为1.9%,果皮和果肉色差分别增长11%和8%,咀嚼性下降21.53%。说明该保鲜库系统运行稳定,保鲜效果较好。 In order to reduce the cost of fruit and vegetable preservation under low-cost remote monitoring of temperature and humidity, natural cold source preservation storage was designed. A temperature and humidity monitoring system based on NRF24L01 + wireless communication module was designed, including monitor and control unit, data transmission unit and PC monitoring unit. The temperature and humidity parameters of small fruit and vegetable preservation storage under wireless monitoring was achieved. The Hanfu apples from the scientific research base of Shenyang Agricultural University were placed in the natural cold source preservation storage. The experimental results showed that the temperature and humidity within the storage could be accurately monitored and controlled, with the maximum error of temperature and humidity of 0.2 ℃ and 0.7%,respectively. After 10 weeks storage test, Hanfu apples could still maintain good quality. The average weight loss was 1.9%;pericarp and flesh chromatic aberration increased by 11% and 8% respectively and the chewiness decreased by 21.53%. The preservation storage system runs stably and has good preservation effect.
