硫脲光度法测定高品位铅铋冶炼渣中铋含量 被引量:1

摘要 本法改变传统的硝酸溶解样品,采用过氧化钠熔融,硝酸酸化,避免铅铋渣中大量铅析出时与溶液中铋产生共沉淀,造成分析结果偏低。对YC280标样平行测定12份,相对标准偏差RSD为0.17%,相对误差RE为0.079%,其测定值与参考值分析结果重现性好,准确度高,满足分析质量要求。 This method takes the sodium peroxide to the sample fusion, the nitric acid to the sample acidiza- tion in order to change the sample solution with nitric acid in traditional method, which can avoid the low analysis result because of the release of a large amount of Pb in P b -B i slag and precipitation together with Bi. According to the parallel testing of 12 YC280 standard samples, RSD 0. 17 % , RE 0. 079 %, the analysis result repeatability of testing value and reference value good, accuracy high, can meet the requirement of analysis quality.
