The coal industry is a high-risk industry. The quality of enterprise employees becomes the key to the safety in production. This paper discusses how to grasp the principle of＂effect, reality, practicability＂to innovate the training content, teaching form, management mode and how to formulate the new training model with ＂counterpart, appropriate professional, suitable position＂ and ＂come with problems and go with solutions＂in the safety training courses.
