摘要
电力企业在日常生产经济活动中,无法及时足额的回收电费,将占用供电企业大笔流动资金,导致流动资金周转缓慢,阻碍电力企业生产的正常进行,同时电费无法及时回收可能形成坏账风险或坏账损失,对企业的生产、经营活动形成困扰。本文主要分析在电费回收工作中如何有一些创新管理做法。
In the daily production of economic activities, if electric power enterprises can not timely retrieve the electricity, a large amount of circulating funds of the power supply enterprise will be occupied, which will result in a slow turnover of liquidity and hinder the normal production of power enterprises. At the same time, if the electricity can not be timely recovered, there will be the bad debt risk or bad debt losses, which will affect the production and business activities of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the innovative management practices in the electricity recovery work.
