在新会计准则出台之后,工程量清单计价模式在工程建设领域当中具有了更为重要的地位。与此同时,其在施工合同管理以及应用方面也而面临了更大的挑战以及变革。为了能够在施工管理当中更好地发挥工程量清单计价模式作用,本文首先根据相关规定和条件对合同管理现状展开分析,继而对清单计价模式下合同管理措施进行一些探讨。

After the introduction of new accounting standards, the valuation model of engineering quantity list has a more important position in the field of engineering construction. At the same time, it also faces more challenges and changes in the construction contract management and application. In order to better to play the role of the valuation model of engineering quantity list in construction management, this paper analyzes the current situation of contract management by the relevant provisions and conditions. And then, it discusses the contract management measures under the mode of list valuation mode.
