提升纳税评估人员素质能力培训策略研究

Research on the Training Strategies for Improving the Quality and Ability of Tax Payment Assessment Staff

税务干部素质高低是税务机关各项工作目标实现的根本保证,它决定着税务机关各项工作质量与创新能力。随着当前纳税评估等各项工作的深入展开,部分一线纳税评估人员岗位素质与业务技能不相适应的问题日益显现。为了解纳税评估人员素质能力情况,我们设计了纳税评估人员素质能力调查表,发放、回收、处理分析调查表,进行纳税评估人员素质能力现状实证分析,提出了提升纳税评估人员素质能力培训策略。

The quality of tax cadres is the basic guarantee for implementing objectives of the tax authorities. It determines the quality and innovation ability of the work in tax authorities. With the deep development of tax assessment and other work at present, the quality of part of the first-line staff for tax payment assessment can not fit the business skills. In order to understand the quality of the tax payment assessment staff, we design the questionnaire of quality and ability for the tax payment assessment staff. Through giving out, retrieving, processing and analyzing the questionnaire, the empirical analysis of the quality and ability of tax payment assessment staff is carried out and the training strategies for quality and ability of tax payment assessment staff are put forward.
