摘要
本文中主要研究如何采用并结合1+N模式进行项目的实施,以提高升农网项目形成资产的质量和速度。并就该问题,从组织架构、项目流程、属地管理、管理模式、管理方法分成5部分来进行详细阐述。1+N模式在先进性、实用性、可推广性三个方面都有良好的成效,其对推进农网项目有效资产形成的提速有着显著意义。
This paper mainly studies how to use 1+N mode to implement the project, so as to improve project quality and speed of the formation of rural power projects. Aimed at this problem, 5 parts of the organizational structure, project process, territorial management, management mode, management method are detailed in detail. 1+N model has good effect in three aspects of progressiveness, practicability and generalizability, which has significant meaning for the effective promotion of the acceleration of rural power project.
