摘要 在一种产品生产的供应链中,相关企业围绕同一终端产品或服务,相互达成供应链合作伙伴关系,加强了企业之间生产、销售的良性互动,减少了由于信息不对称而产生的成本开支。物流是供应链中极为关键的一环,对于整个链条成本的缩减有着不可忽视的作用。第三方物流公司掌握了物流供需双方客户的信息资源,实现了物流信息的整合,对于物流供需双方的沟通交流和良好物流方案的实现有着重要的作用。客户信息的掌握和客户关系的处理是第三方物流公司经营发展的前提和基础。 In a production supply chain, companies get together to product the same terminal products or services, so that they have a supply chain partnership between them, which strengthens the benign interaction of manufacturing activity and sales among businesses, reduces the unnecessary loss due to information asymmetry. Logistics is an essential part of the supply chain, and has the effect that cannot ignore for the entire chain cost control. Third-party logistics company, mastering the information resources about logistics supply and demand, implements the integration of logistics information for logistics supply and plays an important role for satisfying the demands from both sides of the communication and realizing the achievement of good logistics project. It is the premise and foundation of the third party logistics company's business development to master the customer information and deal with customer relations.
