摘要
针对某厂1000MW级超超临界双切圆燃烧锅炉投产后出现的末级过热器出口4根分支管汽温偏差问题,从过热器受热面结构布置及炉内流场分布等角度分析了主汽温偏差产生原因,并提出偏差控制策略。
There is a steam temperature deviation problem of the four branch pipes at the outlet of final superheater in a 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler. Aiming at this problem, this paper analyzed reasons from the superheater surface arrangement and furnace flow field distribution, and put forward the error control strategy.
