摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法在对五年制高职护理专业学生关键能力的影响。方法:在高职院校护理专业病原生物与免疫学教学中,将采用PBL教学法的班级与采用传统讲述法教学的班级进行对比性研究。结果:采用PBL教学法的学生关键能力提高有统计学意义(P<0.05);期末考试成绩比较:填空、名词解释和问答题成绩在实验组和对照组学生间无统计学差异(P>0.05);选择、病例分析两种题型的成绩及总成绩比较,实验组明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法既提高了学生的学习成绩,又激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了其分析问题、解决问题以及团队合作等关键能力,是一种值得广泛推广的教学方法。 Objective: To explore the influence of PBL teaching method on the key ability of nursing students in five-year higher vocational colleges. Methods: In the teaching of pathobiology and immunology of Nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges, the class adopting PBL teaching method and the class adopting traditional teaching method were compared. Results: There was significant statistical difference for the key ability improvement of students adopting PBL teaching method (P〈0.05). Comparison of final exam results: there was no significant statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group (P〉 0.05) in blank filling, nouns explanation and essay questions. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups in the total score and the score of multiple choice and case analysis question (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The PBL teaching method not only improved the students 'academic achievement, but also arouse the students' interest in learning, and cultivated the key abilities of analysis, problem solving and team cooperation. It is a teaching method worth promotion.
