管理类专业是一门应用性、实践性很强的学科,强化和提升高校管理类教师的实践指导能力,是现代市场经济下培养复合型和应用型管理类人才的需求。本文从管理类教师的实践指导能力研究为出发点,提出了管理类教师实践指导能力提升的模块构建及其设计理念,以此为基础提出了提升管理类教师实践指导能力的方法。
