In the ＂Internet＋＂ environment, network technology and mobile communication technology is widely used, and digital terminals and the Internet has become a powerful force to promote innovation and teaching reform in colleges and universities. Teachers should not only master the necessary information technology, but also have the comprehensive information literacy which includes information teaching design, the implementation of information teaching, information teaching evaluation, information teaching theory and other aspects, so as to achieve the overall improvement of the information teaching ability.
