金融支持现代农业发展研究述评

Review on Research of Financial Support for the Development of Modern Agriculture

金融资源向现代农业倾斜是适应新常态发展的迫切要求。我国正经历由传统农业向现代农业过度的重要转型期,要实现现代农业产业化、集约化和开放化,促进中国特色的现代农业发展,资金投入是关键。我国城乡发展水平差距较大,农村金融供需矛盾突出,农村金融对现代农业发展的支持力度不足,农村地区金融排斥问题凸显。本文对国内外学者的研究进行总结分析,为金融支持现代农业发展提供了新的研究视角,并对经济和金融政策的制定提供有价值的参考。

The inclination of financial resources to modern agriculture is an urgent requirement to adapt to the new normal development. China is experiencing an important transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. To achieve the industrialization, intensification and opening up of modern agriculture, and promote the development of modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics, capital investment is the key. Meanwhile, there is a large gap between China＇s urban and rural development level. The contradiction between supply and demand of rural finance is outstanding, and the support of rural finance to the development of modern agriculture is not enough. So, the problem of financial exclusion in rural areas is highlighted. In this paper, domestic and foreign scholars＇ study will be summed up, which provides a new angle of view for financial support to the development of modern agriculture, and provides valuable reference for the formulation of economic and financial policies.
