ZnO对ZnO-B_2O_3-SiO_2低熔点玻璃结构与性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 ZnO-B_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃是一类重要的低熔点玻璃,在玻璃深加工领域具有重要的应用。在ZnO-B_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃中,ZnO含量的变化对玻璃结构和性能产生显著的影响。因此,本文调整ZnO-B_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃中ZnO的引入量,结合DSC、红外光谱等测试手段,研究ZnO对玻璃的网络结构、热学性能、化学稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着ZnO含量的增多,Zn^(2+)以[ZnO_4]四面体结构进入到玻璃网络体结构,出现了[BO_4]结构体向[BO_3]结构体的转变。ZnO含量的增加,降低了玻璃的T_g和T_s,增大热膨胀系数,增强化学稳定性。ZnO的最佳引入量是32%,此时玻璃具有较低的T_g(495℃)和T_s(529℃),热膨胀系数为8.96×10^(-6)/K,耐酸碱性能等级均为A级。在ZnOB_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃涂覆应用中,最佳的烧结温度为560℃,在ZnO含量为32%时,涂覆层硬度最佳,硬度值为648.9 Hv。 ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass is an important sort of the low-melting glass which has important applications in deep processing field of glass. In the ZnO-B2O3-SiO2glass, the ZnO content have a significant influence on the structure and properties of the glass. The influence of ZnO on the structure and properties of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 low-melting glass was studied by DSC,FTIR,CTE test, chemical stability test and he coating application. It was found out that the increase of ZnO could reduce the characteristic temperature of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 low-melting glass,and increase the CTE and chemical stability. The results showed that Zn2 + with a form of [ ZnO4 ] entered the network structure of glass, and there was a transition [B04] tetrahedral structure to [ BO3 ] trihedral structure with the increase of ZnO. The optimum amount of ZnO was 32%. In this situation,ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 low-melting glass had the lowest 7^(495 X, ) and Ts (529 Tl ) ,and the CTE was 8. 96 X 10 _6/K. The chemical stability was A level. In the coating application of low-melting glass,the glass in that ZnO content is 32 % present the best hardness which is 648. 9 Hv.
