磷酸镁水泥的研究现状及发展趋势

Research Status and Development Trend of Magnesium Phosphate Cement

鉴于磷酸镁水泥的优良性能和广泛应用,从磷酸盐、氧化镁及外加剂三方面论述了磷酸镁水泥的制备,从水化历程、水化产物及缓凝机理三部分探讨了磷酸镁水泥的水化机理,然后综述了磷酸镁水泥的工作及力学性能的研究进展,在此基础上总结了磷酸镁水泥在应用过程中存在的问题和未来发展趋势。

With good performance and wide application of magnesium phosphate cement,the preparation from phosphate, magnesium oxide and admixture were reviewed. A n d the hydration mechanism from hydration process, hydration products and retarding mechanism were discussed. Then the research progress of work and mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement were summarized. Magnesium phosphate cement was summarized on the problems existing in the application process, and on the basis of magnesium phosphate cement for the future development trend were discussed.
