随着科学技术不断的发展,对经济和社会发展的关键性支撑作用日益显著,加强国际科技合作与交流,是抓住新科技革命带来的机遇,学习借鉴世界科技进步成果,提升企业自主创新能力和国际竞争力的重要途径。通过对湖北省县域企业对外科技合作情况进行调研,掌握了其基本特点,指出了其中的不足,并对"十三五"时期如何开展县域企业对外科技合作提出了几点建议。

With the continuous development of science and technology, a key role to the development of economy and society is becoming more and more significant, the strengthening of international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges, is to seize the new opportunities brought by the revolution of science and technology, learn from the world of science and technology progress, an important way to enhance the independent innovation capability and international competitiveness. Through the investigation of the situation of the county enterprises in Hubei province foreign cooperation in science and technology, grasp the basic characteristics, pointed out the deficiency, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the enterprise external cooperation in science and technology of the ＂13th Five-Year＂ period.
