The cross-use of the Evidence -based , positivism and action-study constitutes a comprehensiveresearch paradigm which different from any previous single paradigm. This paradigm can be both positivism and non-positivism; it can be a paradigm of scientific research and a paradigm of technology research. Not only th at, it also combines the advantages of various paradigms, so it is a true pluralistic paradigm. Reasonable use of this paradigm can significantly reduce the gap between management theory and practice, which greatly promotes the production, communication and use of management knowledge.
