摘要
从过程改进的视角,对人力资本和组织绩效的研究成果加以梳理,构建了人力资本、过程改进和组织绩效之互相影响的的理论模型。随着软件需求的复杂性越来越高,项目及产品的规模越来越大,企业需要通过建立行之有效的软件过程将个人能力转变为组织的过程能力,提升协同工作效率,提高软件产品质量和组织绩效;过程改进的效果也依赖于企业的人力资本投入,提升人力资本有助于软件企业更好地实施过程改进。而且随着软件企业组织规模的扩大,员工之间分工、沟通和协调成本的增加,人力资本对软件企业组织绩效的影响也越加明显。总的来说,软件企业必须结合企业自身的特点和能力,选择适合的过程改进模型,并配合一定质量的人力资本投入,才能取得更好的改进效果,从而进一步提升组织绩效;
By refining the research result of human capital and organizational performance from the perspective of process improvement, this paper build a theory model among human capital, process improvement, and organizational performance. With the increase of the complexity of software requirement and the scale of the project and the product, the enterprises need to establish effective software processes to turn the personal ability into the organizational ability so as to improve work efficiency, quality of software products and organizational performances. The effect of process improvement depends on the human capital investment of software enterprises.Increasing human capital contributes to better implementation of process improvement in software enterprises. With the expansion of the size of software enterprises and increased cost of division of labor, coordination and communication between employees, human capital has more important impact on the organizational performance of software enterprises. Software enterprise must choose a suitable process improvement model as well as some certain quality of human capital investment based on their characteristic and capacity to obtain better improvement effect so as to improve their organizational performance.
