摘要
以2009—2014年我国30个省份科技金融的面板数据为基础,运用DEA-Malmquist模型分析了我国科技金融发展效率,研究结果表明:我国科技金融综合效率整体水平不高,但呈现上升趋势。科技金融全要素生产率总体保持较快增长,年均增长率达7.5%,技术进步是引起全要素生产率提高的主要原因。从区域角度来看,东部地区无论是在综合效率,还是在全要素生产率方面均具有明显领先优势,西部地区虽然综合效率较高,但全要素生产率增速较慢,中部地区和东北地区综合效率偏低,但全要素生产率增速较快。
This article evaluates the comparative efficiency of science and technology finance in 30 provinces ormetropolises in China over the period of 2009-2014 by using the DEA-Malmquist model. The main conclusions are asfollows. Comprehensive efficiency of science and technology finance is not high in China,but shows a rising trend ingeneral. The total factor productivity in science and technology finance is rising by an annual average of 7.5%,which ismainly driven by technological progress. From the view of regional differences,eastern region has a more leadingadvantage in both comprehensive efficiency and total factor productivity. Although the comprehensive efficiency ofwestern region is higher than that of central region and northeast region,the total factor productivity growth of westernregion is slower than that of central region and northeast region.
