新生代员工工作价值观与员工建言行为的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 以网络问卷调研形式收集有效问卷181份,采用因子分析和层级回归分析等统计方法研究新生代员工工作价值观与其建言行为的关系。研究发现,在中国文化背景下,新生代员工工作价值观的内在激励、功利导向、和创新导向三维度均对员工建言行为有显著的正向影响,其影响程度由高到低依次为创新导向,内在激励和功利导向,创新导向对员工建言行为的影响显著性明显高于内在激励和功利导向,这为组织管理者更好的引导新生代员工工作价值观,促进其建言行为具有重要的理论意义。 Based on the network questionnaire survey,the article collects 181 valid questionnaires and studies the relationship between new generation of employees’work values and voice behavior with the statistical methods of factoranalysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that in the background of Chinese culture,new generationof employees’work values,which deal with the three dimensions of intrinsic incentive,utility orientation and innovationorientation,have a positive effect on employee voice behavior and the impact degree from high to low is innovation orientation,inherent incentive and utility orientation. Compared with intrinsic incentive and utility orientation,the innovationorientation has a greater effect on employee voice behavior,which is of great theoretical significance for organizationalmanager to better guide new generation of employees’work values and promote their voice behavior.
