摘要
合成了一种无甲醛的三聚氰胺氨基树脂,方法是:1)以甲醛和乙醛按3∶1摩尔比混合进行羟醛缩合反应,制备出多羟甲基乙醛中间体;2)将该中间体与三聚氰胺在碱性条件下混合,获得无甲醛的三聚氰胺氨基树脂产品。该产品在使用时,随着干燥过程的进行,氨基与羟基发生脱水缩合,产生交联作用,发生固化及胶粘作用。本工作对该产品的合成工艺条件进行了详细研究,并讨论了其甲醛含量随时间和温度的变化情况。
A formaldehyde free amino resin based on melamine was prepared by the fol lowing procedures: 1) m ix formaldehyde and aldehyde with the molar ratio of 3 : 1 to produce the intermediate of multi-hydroxymethyl aldehyde; 2) m ix the intermedi-ate with melamine to product the formaldehyde-free amino-resin. In the course of using this product, condensation reaction be-tween amino in melamine and hydroxyl in multi-hydroxymethyl aldehyde occurs, producing cross-linking effect, solidification and adhesive action. The synthesis process conditions of the product are discussed in detail, as wel l as the content of formalde-hyde with time and temperature in this product is studied.
