关于高熔指聚丙烯低气味生产技术研究

聚丙烯产品,尤其是高熔指聚丙烯,在使用中出现了不同程度的气味问题,降低了产品的安全性和适用性。国内外专家和学者普遍认为,导致聚丙烯产品存在气味的主要原因是低相对分子质量挥发性物质。根据DOW公司UNIPOL气相流化床聚丙烯生产工艺对高熔指聚丙烯生产加工过程中出现气味的主要原因进行系统分析,并在粉料生产控制、过氧化物添加剂选择、粒料生产控制以及产品后续处理等方面提出了有效的控制措施。

The odor problems in polypropylene products, especially high melt index polypropylene at dif ferent degree appear in use process, which reduces the safety and appl icabi lity of the product. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars generally be-lieve that the main reason leading to the existence of the smell of polypropylene products are low molecular mass volatile sub-stances. According to the DOWUNIPOL gas phase fluidized bedprocess for the production of polypropylene with high melt, main reason of odor in high melt indexpolypropylene production process are systematically analyzed, and effective control meas-ures are put forward as to powder production control, peroxide additives selection, granularproduction control, product post-processing and other aspects.
