针对循环流化床锅炉的运行控制特点,研究了循环流化床运行过程中床温控制、燃烧控制、风量控制以及传热控制等过程。对循环流化床锅炉工艺要求进行探究,分析了循环流化床锅炉控制特点以及难点,并对循环流化床的DSC控制系统的子控制系统进行设计。

According to operation control characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boi ler, this paper studies the operation process in circulating fluidized bed, which includes bed temperature control, combustion control, air control and heat transfer process control etc. . And it probes into the technical requirements of circulating fluidized bed boi ler, analyzes the characteris-tics and difficulties of circulating fluidized bed boi ler, and designs the sub control system of DSC control system of circulating fluidized bed.
