离心式压缩机在石油化工的工业生产中应用广泛,但在实际使用过程中常出现喘振的现象。对离心式压缩机喘振的原因及危害性进行简单分析,并探讨了喘振现象的影响因素,提出防止喘振的措施。

Centrifugal compressor is widely used in industrial production of petrochemical industry. But there often appears surge phenomenon in actual use. This paper gives a simple analysis of reason and hazards of centrifugal compressor, explores the factors influencing the surge, and puts forward the measures to prevent the surge.
