摘要
R46国际建议对电能表常数的技术要求与国际电工委员会标准有所不同。因此,提出了一种适用于R46国际建议的电能表常数试验方法。首先确定通过被检表的最少电能量以确保试验的准确可靠,然后得到最短试验时间的表达式,并且在功率因数为1的条件下,分析最短试验时间和试验所施加的电流之间的关系。利用该方法对被测电能表进行试验,结果验证了该方法的可行性。
Technical requirements for electricmeter constant byOIML R46 are different from standards of IEC, therefore, this paper presents a kind of method for electric meter constant test suitable for OIML R46. mum electric energy through the meter so as to confirm accuracy and reliability of the test, of the shortest test time. Under the condition of power factor being one, the paper analyzes relatiotest test time and current for the test. It conducts test on the measured elect ric energy me ter by using this sults verify its feasibility.
