介绍了现代传媒生化医药园的规划背景,基于上层次规划对该园区的全局定位,采用了"调查—分析—设计、城市—园区—企业"的规划设计思路和方法,旨在建设一个以外向型和技术密集型的企业为主,以绿色生产为纽带的现代化都市科技园区。
The paper introduces modem media bio-chemical park planning background, applies the planning design concept and method of “ in- vestigate- analysis- design, city- park- enterprise” on the basis of total orientation owning to the upper-class planning, with a view to building a mod- em scientific and technological park with export-oriented and technological density as the basis and with green production as the key.
