摘要
探讨了以在建房屋抵顶工程款的性质,从在建房屋抵顶合同的有效性与建设单位延迟交付房屋所应承担的法律责任两方面,分析了在建房屋抵顶工程款的常见纠纷及处理依据,最后提出了一些对在建房屋抵顶工程款的思考。
