The paper analyzes problems existing in current obvious house type recommending of real estate project development, and describes the application of VR technology in real estate development from aspects of simulating realistic setting erection, breaking through time-history limit, creating VR residential display atmosphere and realizing VR interaction, so as to achieve the expected effect.
