从病人评估、清创护理、敷料的选择与护理、压力治疗、药物护理、疼痛护理及日常护理7个方面对下肢静脉性溃疡伤口护理进行综述,揭示存在的问题和当前研究发展的方向。

Wound care of venous ulcer of lower limb was reviewed from 7 aspects which were patient assess-ment debridement nursing,dressing selection and nursing, pressure treatment ？medication nursing, pain nursing and routine nursing and the existing problems and current research direction were revealed.
