摘要
[目的]初步构建全面、客观的护理单元绩效评价指标体系。[方法]以平衡计分卡为指导思想,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法建立护理单元绩效评价指标体系并确定各指标权重。[结果]构建的护理单元绩效评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标、38个三级指标,4个一级指标中财务维度占9.82%,顾客维度占34.62%,内部流程维度占34.62%,学习与成长维度占20.94%。[结论]基于平衡计分卡原理建立的护理单元绩效评价指标体系具有科学性、可靠性,可操作性强,可以为临床护理单元绩效评价和护理绩效奖金分配提供科学依据。
Objective:To construct a comprehensive and objective performance evaluation index system of nursing unit.Methods:Based on the balanced score card,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation index system of nursing units and determine the weight of each index.Results:The performance evaluation index system of the constructed nursing unit included four first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators,the financial dimension of the four first-level indicators was 9.82%,the customer dimension was 34.62%,the internal process dimension was 34.62% and the learning and growth dimension was 20.94%.Conclusions:Based on the balanced score card principle,the performance evaluation index system of nursing unit was scientific,reliable and easy to operate,which could provide scientific basis for the performance evaluation of clinical nursing unit and the distribution of nursing performance bonus.
