房地产企业成本管理存在问题及应对策略

随着房地产市场的发展,房地产企业市场竞争愈发激烈,国家宏观政策调控,当地政府部门对售价的控制及限购措施,使得房地产企业利润越来越薄,成本管理是与计划管理,质量管理,现金流管理同等重要的核心要素之一,在竞争激烈的市场环境下,成本管理显得尤为重要,直接关系到企业的生存与发展,房地产开发企业只有不断提高自身管理水平,不断地创新成本管理模式,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争和瞬息万变的环境中取得进步和发展。笔者对房地产企业成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出应对策略。
