摘要
基于中国民生银行南京分行绩效管理体制机制存在的问题,结合绩效管理相关理论与方法,探究其问题产生的原因,进而提出对策与建议,以期指导其建立科学合理的绩效管理体系,提高其核心竞争力。通过研究发现,中国民生银行南京分行绩效管理主要存在绩效管理体系不完善、绩效考核指标过多和绩效评定参考片面等问题,需要从战略高度构筑新的绩效管理方案,明确绩效管理的目标与期望、加强绩效管理的过程控制、重构基于平衡计分卡的绩效考核方法,将激励机制与考核结果相结合,并在思想、组织及制度方面为绩效管理提供保障。
Based on the problems existing in the performance management system of Nanjing Branch of China Minsheng Bank,combined with the related theories and methods of performance management,these problems are analyzed,and then,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help the bank to establish the scientific and reasonable performance management system and improve its core competitiveness.Through the study,it is found that there are many problems,such as the performance management system of Nanjing Branch of China Minsheng Bank is not perfect,the performance evaluation indexes are too much,the performance evaluation is one-sided and so on.The new performance management plan should be built from a strategic height,the goals and expectations of performance management should be cleared,the process control of performance management should be strengthened,the performance evaluation method based on balanced score card should be reconstructed,the incentive mechanism should be combined with the evaluation results to provide security for the performance management in the aspects of ideology,organization and system.
