摘要
优化企业绩效管理能在一定程度上提升企业的整体管理水平,进而增强自身的核心竞争力。笔者希望本文的写作,以及相关的研究能够为国有水电企业的人力资源绩效管理提供一定的借鉴。
The optimization of enterprise performance management can improve the overall management level of enterprises so as to enhance their core competitiveness.The author hopes this paper and the related research can provide some reference for the performance management of human resources of state-owned hydropower enterprises.
