摘要 信息化的发展和相关技术的成熟为物流供应链带来了飞跃式的发展。然而,供应链由于其结构的复杂性、外部环境的不稳定性,仍然存在着诸多风险,现代物流供应链管理随着技术的发展及市场的演进正在复杂化多样化发展,这些无疑都为企业供应链的管控带来新的挑战和思考。论文站在系统思考的角度,构建了供应链风险系统模型,引入诊断要素和检测要素,对系统的稳定性进行了检测和诊断,评价了系统可抵御风险的能力,为企业提升物流供应链管理的有效性和高效性,减少风险损失提供参考。 The development of information technology and related technology maturity has brought a leap to the development of logistics supply chain.However,because of the complicated structure of the supply chain,the uncertainty of the external environment,there are still many risks,and modern logistics supply chain management with the development of market and technology are developing in the direction of complication and diversification,which have undoubtedly brought new challenges and thinking for the enterprises' supply chain management.This paper stands in the angle of systematic thinking,constructs the model of supply chain risk system,introduces elements of diagnosis and detection,makes the detection and diagnosis for the stability of the system,and evaluates the ability of resisting risks,in order to provide references to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the logistics supply chain management and reduce the risk loss for enterprises.
