摘要
对于建筑项目而言,在项目施工管理过程各阶段节点的施工衔接极为重要,施工阶段的动态管理对施工的质量结果有着较大的影响。长久以来,建筑施工企业对项目管理都为粗放式管理,没有对其精细化细分,施工步骤繁琐没有直观性,成本能耗高,造成了责任制混乱等问题。为更好地服务于施工,扭转颓势,采用先进的技术来强化施工管理水平迫在眉睫。本文结合BIM技术对施工管理优化的有效措施,提升工程施工阶段的管理方法水平,结合BIM技术搭建管理组织。
For the construction project,the construction link between the nodes in each stage of the project construction management process is very important,and the dynamic management of the construction stage have a greater impact on the quality results.For a long time,the project managements in the construction enterprises are all extensive managements,and there is no fine subdivision;the construction process is cumbersome and not intuitive with high cost and high energy consumption,resulting in the responsibility system chaos and other issues.To better serve the construction and reverse the decline,it is imminent to use the advanced technology to enhance the level of construction management.In this paper,combined with effective measures about BIM technology for optimizing the construction management,enhance the level of project construction management methods,and combined with BIM technology,build a management organization.
