Jacking Technology of Wide Large-tonnage Box-girder Overcrossing Existing Line

本文结合工程实践,对上跨既有线宽体大吨位箱梁的顶推技术进行研究,通过建立结构分析模型,对施工阶段的箱梁、导梁等结构进行分析及验算,根据验算结果对各结构参数进行调整及优化。并在施工中采用了最新的同步顶升液压系统。最终顺利完成本项目宽体大吨位箱的顶推施工。

Based on the engineering practice,this paper studies the jacking technology of wide large-tonnage box girder overcrossing the existing line.Through the establishment of structure analysis model,the box girder and guide beam are analyzed and checked.The structural parameters were adjusted and optimized.And the latest synchronous lift hydraulic system is used in the construction.Finally the jacking construction of the wide large-tonnage box girder overcrossing the existing line is successfully completed.
