要提升大学生就业能力,破解就业难问题,必须改变传统的培养模式,构建体验式视角下的大学生就业能力培养模式。本文分析了体验式视角下的大学生就业能力培养模式的内涵及特点,提出了该模式在实践运用中要注意的问题。

To enhance college students＇ employment ability and to relieve the crux of employment for college students,efforts must be made to set up a training mode from experiential perspective,changing the traditional training mode.The article analyses the connotations and features of the training mode for college students＇ employment ability from experiential perspective,and discusses its application should be noted.
