摘要
企业学院是校企为了实现互利共赢,在职教集团为依托的基础上所建立起的联合学院,具有全程性以及全员性特征。而在企业学院建设当中,也存在着一定的问题。在本文中,将就企业学院困境分析及解决方式进行一定的研究。
Enterprise college is a joint college established by college and enterprise on the basis of vocational education group to realize the mutual benefit.It has the characteristic of whole process and whole staff.In the construction of enterprise college,there are also some problems.This paper studies the dilemma of enterprise college and the solution.
