摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVAL)水溶液与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)水溶液的混合溶液作为基体材料,以石英砂为增强材料,经过高温烘干工艺制作了一种水溶性砂芯模材料,分析了影响其水溶性的因素并对各因素设置不同的水平,通过正交试验发现,PVP水溶液的质量浓度为38%且占混合溶液的质量分数为60%、胶砂质量比为0.08时,制作的砂芯模水溶性最好,在室温条件下经过水的冲刷可快速溃散。为解决金属模具成型小开口、大长径比复合材料壳体造成的脱模困难、模具设计复杂的缺点,将研制的水溶性砂芯模材料应用于某复合材料壳体的成型,成型后的壳体其爆破强度、环向应变、容器特性指数与金属模具成型的复合材料壳体相差不大,符合使用要求。 Using mixture aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as matrix material ,quartz sand as the reinforced material, a kind of water soluble core material that was used to mold a composite case through drying process at high temperature was produced,the in?uencing factors of water soluble property were analysed,and different levels were also set according to the in?uencing factors. Through orthogonal experiment,when the mass concentration of PVP aqueous solu-tion is 38%,it’s mass fraction of mixed solution is 60%,the ratio between matrix material and reinforced material is 0.08,the core material’ s water soluble property is best, it could be collapsed quickly through water washing at room temperature. In order to solve the problem of demoulding and complex designing as to metal mold, this water soluble core material was applied to molding a com-posite case which had small opening and large length-diameter ratio, the properties of burst strength, circumferential strain,vessel characteristic index are similar to the composite case which is molded by metal mold, so it satis?ed the requirement of use.
