摘要
从系统观点来看,组织人力资源管理也是一个系统工程,根据系统工程方法论的四维结构体系,构建了组织人力资源管理过程模型,并对时间维、逻辑维、知识维和环境维的具体内涵做了深入研究。时间维是组织人力资源管理的全过程,从组织战略规划到薪酬激励,共划分为7个阶段;逻辑维是组织人力资源管理各个阶段要进行的逻辑思维步骤;知识维分析了组织人力资源管理过程中有关不同人力资源管理职能层次的知识;环境维分析了进行组织人力资源管理要考虑组织、行业、社会等环境因素的构成,形成完整系统的组织人力资源管理过程模型,为组织人力资源管理提供一个动态、完整的方法论体系。
From the systematic point of view, the organization of human resource management is also a system engineering. According to the four-dimensional structure system of system engineering, process model of human resource management system was built and thorough researches of the concrete contents of temporal dimension, logic dimension, knowledge di-mension and environment dimension were carried. Time dimension, divided into seven stages, is a whole process from the organization’s strategic plan to paying incentives for human resource management; Logic dimension carries on the steps of logical thinking at each stage of human resource management ; Knowledge dimension gives guidance to the knowledge system of different functional levels of human resources management during the organization of human resources management ; So-cial environmental factors, such as environment of organization, industry and society are included in the environment di-mension. These four dimensions form the process model of a complete human resources management system, and provide a dynamic and complete system of methodology for the organization of human resource management.
