运动手法配合疏肝补肾中药对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能及关节液中基质金属蛋白酶13的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察运动手法配合疏肝补肾中药对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能及关节液中基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)的影响。方法将88例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,试验组44例给予运动手法+疏肝补肾中药治疗,对照组44例给予运动手法+复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后KOOS评分、膝关节屈伸角度和关节液中MMP-13水平变化情况。结果 2组治疗后KOOS评分、膝关节屈伸角度、关节液中MMP-13水平均明显改善(P均<0.05),且试验组上述指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论运动手法配合疏肝补肾中药能够明显改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的关节功能,降低关节液中MMP-13水平,保护关节软骨,值得推广应用。 Objective It is to observe the effect of manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine of Shugan Bushen on joint function and MMP-13 in joint fluid in patients with knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) . Methods 88 patients with KOA were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group(n= 44 ) was treated with manipulation combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine of Shugan Bushen, and the control group(n= 44) was treated with manipulation combined with compound sodium aescinate gel, both groups were treated for one treatment course (2 weeks) . The changes of KOOS scores, independent knee flex-ion angle and MMP-13 in joint fluid before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results KOOS scores, independent knee flex-ion angle and MMP-13 in joint fluid were significantly improved after treatment in both groups ( P〈0 0. 05 ) , and the improvements of these indexes in experimental group were better than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve joint function, reduce the content of MMP-13 in joint fluid, protect articular cartilage in the treatment for KOA, and it is worth of popularization and application in clinic.
