摘要
目的以难溶性阿司匹林和水溶性维生素C为模型药物,利用聚丙烯酸树脂进行包衣,测定不同性质药物在结肠部位的释放,以考察聚丙烯酸树脂膜对药物的释放性能。方法对不同聚丙烯酸树脂薄膜进行体外溶蚀的考察,制备不同包衣厚度的阿司匹林和维生素C包衣片,在不同pH介质条件下考察药物的释放度。结果聚丙烯酸树脂薄膜在模拟结肠液中呈二项式方程的溶蚀规律;2种不同性质药物的聚丙烯酸树脂包衣片在结肠部位均呈二项式方程的释放规律,进入结肠40min后释放完全。结论以聚丙烯酸树脂为包衣膜的不同性质药物包衣片在结肠部位呈现相同的释放动力学特点。
Objective To study the release kinetics of different drugs coated with polyacrylic acid resin membrance in colon.The indissolvable aspirin and hydrosoluble vitamin C were used as the model drugs.Methods The dissolution in vitro of polyacrylic acid resin film was investigated;Aspirin and Vitamin C Tablets coated with different thickness polyacrylic acid resin film were prepared and the release property of the tablets in different pH media were inspected.Results The polyacrylic acid resin film showed regular release of binomial equation in colon.The different drug coated tablets showed regular release of binomial equation in colon,and released completely within 40 min.Conclusion Different drug tablets coated with polyacrylic acid resin presented same release kinetic characteristics in colon.
